My dear friends,
Today, the much anticipated A3 Thinker 1.0 is finally live on the App Store.
My immense gratitude goes towards all the friends, clients and Lean practitioners who, with their curiosity, early insights and support, made this possible.
A3Thinker is my first attempt to move beyond my presentations, workshops and coaching to “package” my field experience around A3 Thinking, Toyota’s management philosophy and approach to solve problems, improve and mentor.
As I began my journey on A3 Thinking a few years ago, I quickly realized that writing the “story of a problem” on an A3 report can be rewarding but also excruciatingly difficult.
A3 Thinker is a labor of love, with an interesting Lean Startup story that I’ll soon share with you.
The app features 65 brainstorming cards designed to guide you in each step of the problem-solving sequence.
They will help you frame problems with improved clarity, accuracy, precision, relevance, depth, breadth, logic, and significance.
I’m confident you’ll find A3 Thinker useful and will help you become a better critical thinker.
With your support, I will keep improving it.
Please, download it and don’t forget to let others know about it!
I even created a brand new Facebook page, so what’s not to like (hint hint)?
More importantly, go and become an even better catalyst of change.
You “owe it” to your friends and colleagues!
From the depth of my heart, I want to thank you for being there for me. Today, if you choose, you’ll make a difference.
P.S. Please help me spread the word! If you’d also like to write a review on the App Store, well, today’s a great day to do it.
P.P.S. You don’t have an iPhone/iPad? Don’t worry! In about 3 weeks, I’ll release the A3 Thinker’s Action Deck, a refined version of the physical deck of cards that I already successfully used in workshops and team sessions worldwide. Stay tuned!
